Job Description
Sharmeen Group is seeking an experienced General Manager Operations to lead our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing company.
You will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, controlling costs, and enforcing safety and compliance standards while also being responsible for workforce management.
