Job Description
A Verifier in our outbound call center plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and validity of information provided by customers during phone conversations. Your expertise will help maintain data integrity and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer information accuracy.
- Provide exceptional service while responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
- Meet call center metrics.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with call center software, and prior experience preferred.
