Job Description
Royal Blue Corporation (Private) Limited is inviting applications for the position of Front Desk Officer. This role is essential for the efficient management of front desk operations, administrative tasks, and petty cash management within our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment.
- Warmly greet clients and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee visitor logs and manage office supplies.
- Handle phone inquiries and correspondence with efficiency.
- Assist HR with maintaining staff attendance records.
- Comply with company policies and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Proven experience in a front desk or similar role.
