Job Description
Gerry’s International, a licensee of FedEx, is seeking a committed Recovery Supervisor to achieve 100% collection within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying customer accounts and managing invoicing processes efficiently.
- Coordinate the packing and delivery of invoices.
- Ensure invoice accuracy through reconciliation.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports for collections.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Resolve billing disputes and issue payment receipts.
Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Qualifications: Intermediate or Graduate degree.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related position.
