Truck It In is transforming the $25 billion road freight market in Pakistan through our innovative Uber-for-freight model. We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfillment team, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships within the freight market.
- Plan and oversee logistics and customer service operations.
- Develop partnerships with drivers and transporters.
- Address complaints and assess dispatch performance.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree paired with 2-3 years of logistics experience, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
