Job Description
Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a skilled OD Manager for a prestigious client in the Ecommerce fashion sector, situated in DHA, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Organizational Development (OD) strategies along with performance management systems.
- Lead initiatives in change and talent management.
- Design and implement a comprehensive in-house training program.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- An MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
