Job Description
The First Law is currently looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, strong communication abilities, and excellent multitasking skills.
