Job Description

AWT Investments is seeking a dedicated CSR Executive to enhance our customer engagement strategies. In this vital role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to deliver outstanding customer service and optimize our promotional campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and participating in surveys and promotions to achieve our targets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, complemented by relevant experience in a call center or customer service setting. We are looking for motivated individuals who excel in communication and providing exceptional support.

Job Types: Full-time, Freshers are welcome.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
