Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Senior Recruitment Officer to enhance our strategic recruitment efforts and manage the candidate selection process.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in recruitment or human resources roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, engaging with potential candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, collaborating with department heads, and facilitating the onboarding process.
