Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
- Make proactive outbound calls to address queries from our website and social media platforms.
- Generate and manage new service tickets efficiently.
- Assist customers with billing-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accurate handling of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Preferred 1 year of experience in the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ZOHO CRM is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad. Time: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM. Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
