Job Description

Safety Star (Pvt) Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Female HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and cultivate a positive workplace culture at our Sialkot office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
• Coordinate performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
