Job Description
Iberianz (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Chat Support Executive at our Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to embark on their careers in a vibrant and nurturing environment.
As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via live chat, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written English skills, a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, and a readiness to work various shifts.
This full-time position offers evening shift hours and a salary of up to Rs15,00.00 per month, which is negotiable during the interview process.
