Job Description
AMG Technologies is seeking a qualified Senior Trainer to enhance our Medicare and ACA Campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for training call center agents on essential product knowledge, policies, and compliance standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering training sessions focused on Medicare and ACA.
- Creating and revising training materials to ensure up-to-date content.
- Monitoring agent performance and offering constructive feedback.
- Upholding compliance with service standards.
This position requires a strong understanding of Medicare and ACA, previous training experience, and outstanding communication skills.
