Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented female HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with sourcing and retaining top talent, training our Sales and Marketing personnel, and overseeing payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely performance reports on the team
- Maintain accurate records and verify new employee documentation
- Promote and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Marketing are required.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
