Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a robust academic foundation and comprehensive knowledge in finance and accounting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing daily accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Track inventory effectively.
- Assist in preparing financial statements.
- Resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Handle invoice production and expense management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
