Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Software Developers and Team Leads.
- Assess training needs and ensure the availability of high-quality datasets.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 20 or more.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills; proficiency in English is mandatory.
