Job Description
Noah Tech is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Garden Town, Lahore. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communications related to product inquiries and service requests.
- Respond to and resolve complaints with empathy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements:
