Job Description
Riz Solutions, based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking seasoned Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a prominent UK-based Taxi Company. Work is conducted from the office only; please apply only if you can commute to our location in Soan Gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and manage taxi bookings.
- Accurately record booking details.
- Provide fare quotes and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Efficiently dispatch jobs in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Fluent English is mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years of call center experience, preferably in taxi booking. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
