Job Description
IZ Global is on the lookout for proactive and experienced German-speaking Virtual Assistants and Lead Generation Specialists to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this crucial role, you will support our international client operations by generating high-quality leads and providing outstanding virtual assistance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or in Lead Generation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and research abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research
- Preference for candidates with education or living experience in Germany
- Working hours will be aligned with German office timings
