Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager is accountable for overseeing the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall presentation of The Mall. This role involves ensuring that all housekeeping personnel adhere to high-quality standards, fostering a safe and inviting environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including recruitment and training.
- Establish and uphold cleaning protocols and standards.
- Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in formulating and managing the housekeeping budget.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Design training programs for staff development.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of housekeeping experience is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.
