Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative, also known as a Helpline Agent. The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a reputable university and demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone, providing online support, and maintaining an accurate record of faults. A minimum of one year of experience in a UK-based call center is essential. The salary range for this position is Rs32,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, commensurate with performance.
After six months of satisfactory performance, optional work-from-home arrangements may be available for consideration.
