Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Attendance Supervisor to join our team at a confidential company. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing employee attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality records. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance records, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with department heads, ensuring adherence to company policies, and generating reports for management review.
The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in attendance supervision within a factory setting, hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and demonstrate proficiency in biometric systems, Excel, and HRMS software. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
