Job Description

Planet Junior is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Staff member. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various platforms including social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in English, along with a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms.

This is a full-time role based in Shadman 1, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. The salary ranges from Rs20,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month, negotiable based on your experience.
