Job Description

Optimum HR is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Manager Finance to enhance our financial operations for engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
  • Prepare financial statements adhering to IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management and enforce internal controls.
  • Supervise and guide finance team members.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
