Job Description
TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Sales Executive to enhance our team. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while keeping accurate records.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the backend team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service.
