Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Post job listings and actively source candidates through various platforms and social media channels.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and arrange interviews with potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and prepare recruitment reports.
- Support the rollout of job offers and assist with onboarding new hires.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; strong communication skills; and a willingness to learn.
