Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online medicine orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with pharmacies to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries through calls, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders.
- Verify all prescriptions for accuracy and validity.
- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operations.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month | Work Hours: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)
