Job Description
Techsol IT is looking for motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates or candidates with 5 to 6 months of sales experience to become a part of our expanding team. The ideal candidates will possess outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to reach team targets.
Requirements:
