Job Description

Medheave Healthcare IT Services is currently in search of a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who excels in building robust partnerships and delivering exceptional service. This position requires an effective communicator who is available for on-site evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding processes and client transitions.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate billing success.
