Job Description

Impetus Systems is looking for a professional and dedicated Receptionist to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 0-1 year of experience in a similar capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and guiding them to the appropriate personnel.

Your key responsibilities will encompass managing incoming calls, maintaining an orderly reception area, offering essential information, sorting incoming mail, and arranging meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office equipment is essential.
