Job Description
Mac Care is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Invoicing Specialist to manage our QuickBooks system and oversee internal Excel dashboards. This pivotal role includes tracking reimbursements and handling all invoicing tasks within our clinical research department. Candidates should possess a strong background in accounting or finance, as well as demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
Ideal qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks, and unparalleled attention to detail. The work hours for this position are from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, equivalent to 6 PM to 3 AM PKST.
