Job Description
Qasim Developers Tech Limited is looking to hire 9 dedicated individuals for the role of Urdu/Punjabi Customer Support Representative. Ideal candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of customer service and support. The position offers shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM or 5 PM to 12 AM.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
