Job Description
At The-Hiring, we are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Executive Sales to bolster our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Execute sales plans, identify and develop business opportunities, maintain and strengthen client relationships, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), 2-4 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
