Job Description
Aptitude Migration is currently seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Officer. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Australian immigration law and visa subclasses, proficiently managing visa applications, providing informed client advice, and ensuring strict compliance with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert consultation on Australian immigration matters.
- Oversee visa applications from initial preparation to final follow-up.
- Remain informed about changes in immigration laws.
- Guide clients through various visa subclasses.
- Collaborate with legal professionals as needed.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of immigration experience, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are required for this position.
