Preferred Qualifications:
– Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Basic computer literacy
– Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
– Prior experience in financial recoveries or debt collection is highly desirable
– Residents of Sialkot and nearby areas are preferred.
