Job Description
Win-Win Solutions, a premier Business Process Outsourcing company based in Rawalpindi, is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and driving successful sales. Established in 2022, we are currently in search of an Experienced Medicare Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, on-site role.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through interactions via phone, email, and live chat. You will adeptly resolve inquiries, escalate issues as necessary, and maintain precise customer records.
Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in a Medicare campaign is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
