Job Description
Join SavTech Digital as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Phase 8, DHA, Karachi. This full-time position requires availability for the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include reviewing interactions for accuracy, identifying performance gaps, providing coaching, collaborating on process improvements, maintaining quality standards, generating performance reports, and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance or sales operations. Strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with CRM platforms, and proficiency in QA evaluation systems are essential.
