Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to steer projects from initial concept through to successful implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding management abilities and excel in client interactions, capable of inspiring and overseeing cross-regional teams effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 8 years of experience in the software industry, including a minimum of 4 years with .Net or LLMs.
- A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience in a product development setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee project tracking, staffing strategies, and client relations.
- Ensure high service quality and provide performance feedback.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and team onboarding processes.
