Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is in search of a motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in ensuring that all service sites are adequately staffed. The representative will take direction from management and collaborate closely with senior management and field teams to swiftly resolve officer-related concerns and facilitate shift changes.
Key responsibilities include managing client interactions during alarm response calls, accurately completing incident reports, and effectively documenting officer activities. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and leadership attributes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi – Reliable commuting or relocation is necessary.
