In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, processing airport and local taxi bookings, and entering data into our software with precision. Your tasks will also include providing price quotations, responding to email and live chat inquiries, and fostering a positive brand image while addressing customer queries.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and organized, with a strong dedication to client satisfaction. This position offers flexible work options with a competitive salary starting at Rs30,00.00 per month, and requires in-person attendance.
