Job Description

PayMedics is actively seeking a meticulous and experienced Institutional Billing Executive to oversee the complete billing processes for our institutional healthcare clients. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting institutional claims (UB-04), ensuring compliance with payer requirements, monitoring aging reports, and addressing any billing discrepancies that may arise.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of institutional billing experience, proficiency in medical billing software, and excellent communication skills are essential.
