Job Description
Interstate X, an asset-based transportation brokerage company located in Texas, is currently seeking a motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Kharian, conveniently situated next to Air University. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operations by engaging with truck drivers, shippers, and receivers across the U.S. via phone and email. You will provide updates to customers regarding shipment statuses and assist our Operations team as needed.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who excels in a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English is a must for this full-time position, which operates from 6 PM to 4 AM, five days a week. The salary for this position ranges from Rs40,00 to Rs55,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
