Job Description
Brickclay is currently seeking a committed HR Executive to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA or MBA and will be accountable for managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining comprehensive applicant logs.
Key responsibilities include conducting HR orientations for new hires, processing termination documents, verifying unemployment claims, and addressing employee concerns and job analysis. The HR Executive will ensure confidentiality, maintain personnel records, and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Applicants should possess strong reporting skills, exceptional organization, and proficient verbal communication abilities. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
