Job Description
Are you an experienced Network/System Administrator with expertise in system maintenance and customer support? Web Concepts Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team, where your skills in server administration and network management will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Windows/Linux servers and network devices.
- Monitor and enhance network performance and security.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to clients.
- Troubleshoot issues related to billing platforms (SAS and Zal Pro).
- Collaborate on system integrations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in system/network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
- Demonstrated customer support experience.
