Job Description
We invite applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager at Nestlé Pakistan, located in Karachi, Sindh. This full-time role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and multitasking abilities. You will spearhead the regional Sales Operations network and lead the Field Sales team to meet and exceed set objectives.
Key responsibilities include executing the Field Sales Strategy, achieving targeted objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and measuring performance against these KPIs. You will also play a crucial role in fostering team development through coaching and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience in Sales or Marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
