Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office & Hiring Manager. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, with a preference for an American accent, and possess exceptional communication and task management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Maintain job descriptions and manage hiring pipelines effectively.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Supervise daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist executives with delegated tasks in a professional manner.
Requirements: Previous HR or office management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Contract Duration: 6 months.
