Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter for our full-time, on-site position located at Mars Junction, 1st Floor, City Hall, at the intersection of Old Airport Road and Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably within recruitment, along with a minimum Bachelor’s degree. Strong skills in managing the entire recruitment process are essential, and applicants must reside in Rawalpindi. Male candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
Salary: Rs. 55,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month.
