Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative with a “CAN DO” attitude and excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in making outbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed service information to customers.
- Address inquiries through phone and email communication.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records.
- Engage potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be available for morning shifts (9 AM to 6 PM).
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
Location: On-site, Rehmanabad Rawalpindi
