Job Description
Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and enhance our IT systems and infrastructure across two plant locations. This pivotal role demands strategic thought, operational efficiency, and robust leadership to ensure seamless business continuity and foster technological progress.
Key Responsibilities: Direct the IT department, develop and implement IT strategies, manage infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, liaise with vendors, monitor system performance, and oversee budget management.
Requirements: A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 8+ years of IT management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and ERP experience is preferred.
