Job Description
We are in search of a proactive and skilled HR Executive with expertise in technical recruitment and fundamental HR operations. This pivotal role focuses on spearheading recruitment initiatives for field and blue-collar positions while assisting in onboarding and managing the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment efforts for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Identify and source candidates through diverse channels.
- Facilitate screenings, interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Administer onboarding and exit processes effectively.
Qualifications:
